Lemonaid Pharmaceuticals participated in FOGSI Conclave: Preventive Oncology 2026, held on 29-30 August at Hotel Ramada, GT Road, Aligarh. The event theme was “Learn the Power of Prevention.”
The scientific programme covered genetic testing, gynaecological cancers, adnexal masses, endometrial and breast health, HPV vaccination, cervical cancer screening, colposcopy, treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), vulval lesions and medical oncology.
The two-day programme also featured free-paper and poster presentations, postgraduate and panel quizzes, a public forum, keynote talks, and hands-on training in breast examination and biopsy techniques, colposcopy, thermal ablation, cryotherapy, LLETZ and HPV testing.
Highlights
Prevention and early detection
Sessions explored genetic testing, genomic insights, biomarkers, cancer prevention, and screening for gynaecological cancers.
HPV and cervical cancer
The programme covered HPV vaccination, HPV testing, AI-assisted screening, colposcopy and treatment options for CIN.
Breast health
Topics included mammography, breast cancer screening, breast symptoms and a panel on the breast lump dilemma.
Hands-on clinical training
Practical stations included breast examinations, biopsy techniques, colposcopy, Smartscope, thermal ablation, cryotherapy, LLETZ and point-of-care HPV tests.
